Talent Coordinator

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Assists talent agents and managers in organizing and managing clients’ schedules, auditions, and meetings. Handles administrative tasks, maintains databases, and coordinates communication between clients and industry professionals.

Talent Manager

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Guides and develops the careers of artists, providing strategic advice and making professional connections. Helps clients secure opportunities, negotiates contracts, and oversees their overall career trajectory.

Casting Director

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Responsible for finding and selecting talent for auditions and casting calls. Works closely with producers, directors, and talent agents to identify suitable actors for specific roles.

Talent Scout

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Discovers new talent through scouting, attending performances, reviewing submissions, or conducting auditions. Identifies individuals with potential and recommends them to talent agents or managers.

Talent Agent

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Represents and manages the careers of actors, musicians, models, or other performers. Negotiates contracts, secures auditions or gigs, and helps clients advance their careers.

Publicist

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Manages the public image and reputation of clients. Creates and executes publicity strategies, arranges interviews, prepares press releases, and handles media relations.

Booking Agent

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Specializes in securing performance opportunities for musicians, bands, or DJs. Contacts and negotiates with venues, event organizers, and promoters to secure gigs and tours for clients.

Talent Assistant

Availability:

Provides administrative support to talent agents, managers, or casting directors. Assists with scheduling, travel arrangements, paperwork, and general office tasks.

Contracts Manager

Handles the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts and agreements on behalf of talent agency and its clients. Ensures legal compliance and protects the interests of the agency and talent.

Social Media Manager

Manages and grows the online presence of talent agency and its clients across various social media platforms. Develops content strategies, engages with followers, and monitors online reputation.

Producer

Availability:

Oversees the entire production process, from development to post-production. Manages budgets, schedules, and logistics, and collaborates with the creative team to bring projects to fruition.

Production Coordinator

Assists in the coordination and organization of various production activities. Handles administrative tasks, manages schedules, facilitates communication, and ensures smooth operations on set.

Director

Availability:

Provides artistic vision and direction for film, television, or theater productions. Collaborates with the production team, cast, and crew to bring the script to life and ensures creative cohesion throughout the project.

Production Assistant

Provides support to various departments on set or in the production office. Assists with equipment setup, runs errands, manages paperwork, and handles general tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Production Designer

Designs the visual concept and aesthetics of a production. Oversees the creation of sets, props, costumes, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and visually compelling environment.

Screenwriter

Develops and writes scripts for film, television, or other media productions. Creates engaging narratives, compelling characters, and effective dialogue that aligns with the production’s vision and genre.

Sound Designer

Creates and manages the audio elements of a production. Designs soundscapes, records and edits dialogue, adds sound effects, and mixes audio to ensure high-quality sound production.

Cinematographer/Director of Photography

Availability:

Responsible for capturing the visual elements of a production. Collaborates with the director to create the desired look and feel, oversees camera and lighting crews, and ensures high-quality cinematography.

Marketing & Distribution Manager

Availability:

Full Time or Part Time

Develops marketing strategies to promote and distribute productions. Plans advertising campaigns, manages relationships with distributors and exhibitors, and identifies opportunities for audience outreach.
